A masterclass!  It wasn't easy for me selling my late father's house when I hadn't lived in Cheltenham for forty years, so a local friend recommended Nick Griffith.  First step was to plan how to present the house - credible description, realistic pricing to get people interested, clear advice on what was worth spending money on and where it was better just to give ground on price.  Second step was the marketing itself; Nick has excellent contacts with professional investors as well as home-seekers, so we had almost twenty viewings in two weeks and a choice of final offers.  Final step was pre-contract questions and answers - Nick did everything on time, right first time and kept up the momentum right until completion day.  Best estate agent I've ever worked with.

We cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough.  Right from our initial offer on a property, for which NGEA were the selling agents, Nick engaged with us in a professional and business-like manner.  From negotiations on price right through to exchange, Nick was diligent, committed and responsive.  At times, things got quite stressful but Nick was always on hand to help.  We may even have given up on the property if Nick had not been so readily available to trouble-shoot and find a satisfactory resolution.  We understand now just how important it is to work with the right estate agent and if we ever move again, we'll certainly be asking Nick to act for us. We predominantly dealt with Matt Lever who was very helpful throughout, he was always very quick to deal with questions and queries both from us and our buyers. He was readily available both on the telephone and email. All other staff were also friendly and helpful whenever I contacted the office. Matt was helpful in chasing up other agents and solicitors in the chain and I believe helped to speed up the completion when other parties were being slow in providing information. It was refreshing to find a company that gave consistently good customer service.
