Well, we've done it! A long journey with many moments of hope and despair! I got the house I wanted and the couple who bought mine got the house they had desired so much! It was all meant to be. I have known Nick for a long time, even before he set up his own estate agents as I had dealt with Nick on previous houses, and always found him to be very honest, friendly and always willing to "pull out all the stops". His knowledge and passion is always first class and so when it was time to sell again, there was only ever one person I really wanted to carry out that sale, which was Nick. When Nick came round (which was early in the week) we had a chat and he then got straight on to it and by the Friday night my house was on Rightmove and brochures completed. By Saturday morning I had a full asking price offer which was absolutely amazing.
