I have known Nick for a long time, even before he set up his own estate agents as I had dealt with Nick on previous houses, and always found him to be very honest, friendly and always willing to "pull out all the stops". His knowledge and passion is always first class and so when it was time to sell again, there was only ever one person I really wanted to carry out that sale, which was Nick. When Nick came round (which was early in the week) we had a chat and he then got straight on to it and by the Friday night my house was on Rightmove and brochures completed.
